1.    By using this service provided by wage.com.au, visitors, clients, recruitment centres, employees and employers and any other general user of wage.com.au agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of wage.com.au at all times, as highlighted below. 

a. Wage.com.au reserves the right to alter and change the Terms and Conditions as highlighted below. Any and all changes will be noted within this document.

b.    This website is owned, operated, maintained and monitored by wage.com.au and any material or property other than third party links or any advertising agency or company advertising  on wage.com.au site belongs to wage.com.au and any users will  obtain no interest in that property.  wage.com.au is protected by international copyright laws.

11.    Candidates expressly acknowledge that any use of information recruiters gain from job notices appearing on this site will be at the candidates own risk as wage.com.au  accepts no liability for the accuracy or reliability of information contained within those notices.

12.    Recruiters and companies acknowledge that all information they provide on wage.com.au is accurate and does not breach any law or the rights of any person and recruiters.

13     All users acknowledge that any and all information they provide on the site is accurate and does not breach any law or the rights of any person and users must not misrepresent or impersonate any person or entity

14.    wage.com.au will not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages or held responsible

a. if a candidate is not given, or does not obtain a job for any reason;

b. if there is any deficiency or inaccuracy in the site attributable to a lack of maintenance of the site;

c. in relation to a notice or resume not appearing according to instructions; or

d. in respect to any services supplied by wage.com.au to clients and candidates under these terms and conditions.

15.    wage.com.au may at any time refuse to accept a notice or resume if it believes the notice, jobs, advertisement or resume may infringe the rights of any person or may not comply with all the laws and regulations of the States and Territories. wage.com.au may at its own discretion, remove any notices, jobs, advertisement or resumes from the site.

16.    Users and recruiters agree by using this site that they have not relied on any representation made by wage.com.au.

17.    wage.com.au  will not be liable for any damages in the event that this site is unavailable to users due to interruption, suspension or termination which includes computer or communications link downtime attributable to malfunction, upgrades or preventative or remedial maintenance activities. 

18.    Furthermore, wage.com.au cannot guarantee and will accept no liability should any files or other information on the site for downloading or any email will be free of any  viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other contaminating or destructive properties.    wage.com.au accepts no liability should this occur.

19.    wage.com.au accepts no liability whatsoever for the misuse of users' passwords and log in codes. You are responsible at all times for the maintenance, security and the confidentiality of your password and login details.    In addition, you are responsible at all times for any and all activities that occur under your password and login name and you agree to notify wage.com.au immediately should any unauthorised use of your password or log in name occur.

20.   Every care is taken to  ensure the privacy and integrity of the information any user provides to wage.com.au however  the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party over the internet while stored on wage.com.au.    wage.com.au accepts no liability should this occur.

21.    On lodging material with wage.com.au for publication on its site, users, companies  and recruiters indemnify wage.com.au and its officers, employees and agents against any claim, demand, injury, direct or indirect damage, loss or cost, liability, right of action or claim for compensation in contract, under statute or in tort (including negligence) made against or suffered by any of those indemnified arising, in whole or in part, as a result of:

a. the publication of the notice or resume; or

b. any activity that is expressed in these terms and conditions to be the responsibility of the user or recruiter; or

c. a breach of these terms and conditions.

22.    Without limiting the application of paragraphs, users, companies  and recruiters shall indemnify wage.com.au, its officers, employees and agents in relation to defamation, liable, slander of title, infringement of copyright, infringement of trademarks or names of publication titles, unfair competition, breach of Trade Practices or Fair Trading legislation, violations of rights of privacy, confidential information, licences, loyalty rights or other intellectual property rights.

23.    wage.com.au is not responsible for the content of any other website linked to or advertising on the Site; links are provided as Internet navigation tools only.

24.    wage.com.au does not warrant or guarantee that any  recruitment agency or company who advertisers on wage.com.au shall be viewed by any specific number of users, or that it will be viewed by any specific user.

25.    wage.com.au does not warrant or guarantee that any job posted or listed on wage.com.au will be viewed by any specific user or that any job will be applied for by any specific user.    

26.    Should you have any complaints or concerns regarding wage.com.au, please contact us at info@wage.com.au or if you have any complaints concerning any purchase  of any product with a company advertising on wage.com.au,  you can contact wage.com.au at first and the advertiser and/or company with any grievance. However, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may incur through any dealings with such advertiser or company.
